Any guides on how to make an animation for sexlab, and specifically more devious creatures?

Hi folks! I recently had a spark of inspiration to try and make my own animations for SexLab, and specifically for some of the creatures in More Devious Creatures, because some of them (Female Dragon Priest and the wisps and all that) just don't have animations, and some (Wispmother) have only one animation, and I wanted to try and change that, but I don't know how I'm supposed to actually START doing it. I know some blender, but I don't know where to start when it comes to making animations and putting them into the game. I've tried looking up guides, but they're usually for LE or are years old so I have no idea if they will ACTUALLY work or not, and what you gotta understand about me is that I am on the autism spectrum, and one thing about the autism spectrum is that I'm like a robot: you feed me some instructions, I will take those instructions literally, so when I see a guide made for Skyrim LE, I have zero idea if that will actually work for SE sexlab or not, since I know there is at least somewhat of a difference since MO2 sometimes nags at me for having mods for LE instead of SE.

 

TLDR: I need a modern guide for making sexlab anims, any recommendations?
