[Kenshi] Hryo Shibori mod

I found these mods on kenshi and apparently they're really cool, but I don't understand exactly how they work. Actually, the main mod is Hryo Shibori and it adds a milk economy? But I don't quite understand the way to get this milk, I saw lines of dialogues when the prisoners were in a cannibal cage, for example, but when they are at my house, there are no such dialogues and it is impossible to get milk. I will be glad if someone knowledgeable tells you about these mods and whether they conflict with other mods such as "Kenshi - Milking Mod"
I tried to figure it out on my own, but I still didn't understand anything, and there is no information about mod on the web. Apparently, the author deleted it for some reason, although it is very good, adds new items of clothing, weapon, and even factions.

Don't know if you're still figuring out the mod, but I'm also somewhat in the same learning process. I do have the readme and a instructional image (of a feature that's no longer implemented in the later versions, I think) from an older version of the mod that I downloaded. Hopefully you can glean something from it.絶対に私を読んでください.txt

Everything in the Readme is implemented, but it's an old mod so it might not work on the current version.

I'm still playing with this modification, the clothes and armor are good, I see female mercenary units in the united cities and Amazons in the cannibal lands. So far, the only problems are that Japanese is not displayed in the Russian version of the game, and the English translation translates the entire game into English. There are also milk dealers, but extracting this milk is much more difficult than just buying from food sellers.

You should be able to talk to them after keeping them in your base's cage for about 2 or 3 hours. If the dialogue option doesn't appear, try saving and reloading the game.

You will see options to "Milking" or pay a fee to recruit the prisoner. If you talk to the prisoner while sneaking, you can obtain an auto-milking item. By giving that item to the prisoner, they will start milking automatically. Also, if you build the storage boxes added by this MOD, the MOD-specific dishes and milk will be stored automatically.

I knew about the extraction of milk through cells, and I also noticed that when healing hungry bandits or dusty female bandits, milk was collected during the healing process. However, I didn't know that auto-milking was possible when talking out of sneaking, thanks for that. I've also noticed that when characters communicate with each other, they sometimes produce milk, but I still can't figure out how to provoke it.
