Where do I begin?

I have the GOG Version of Skyrim: Special Edition with the Anniversary DLC. Which Framework do I use? What body do I use? I have no idea where to begin with all of this. Can anyone tell me a basic list of what to install and in what order? Thank you.

Today you have two options...

One: Learn the old way, mod your game step by step = mod by mod, making a very slow process where you know what are you making...

Two: Install any collection or package with Vortex or Wabbajack that make everything but you not know what make anything and cant change anything...
