Sims 4 causing heating issues on a high end pc.

I can play modern games with no issues, and even games that people complain about such as monster hunter wilds, run fine on my pc without issue. The 1 game that runs like shit is the sims 4. Running the game for about 10 minutes I notice my pc's fans all turn on to their max setting which only happens on the most intense modern games. Pausing the sims 4 will eventually lower the temperature of the system and the fans will wind down. But as soon as you unpause the game it begins to wind back up after another 5-10 minutes. The game itself isn't laggy, but leaving things running for too long has blue screen'd my computer and i'm scared to keep playing the game until i fix whatever is causing the heating issue. I've loaded the game without mods and the issue still occurs, so i've ruled out mods.

Does any1 have suggestions on what to disable/change in the settings to potentially fix this?

I just checked it on my now mid-range PC (I'll list the specs here. Actually, you should list yours here too, I can't answer that question

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700F   2.10 GHz  RAM 32GB  Nvidia RTX 4070-Ti SSD),

and there was no such thing.

Do you use Reshade or Gshade? Does it use physics calculations for the boobs? Depending on the content, the processing load may be more than twice as heavy.

It would also be a good idea to include information such as the status of the Task Manager when The Sims is running.

If you are using a nvidia graphics card, go into the nvidia app, select the sims 4, scroll down to "max frame rate" and set it to 100. Fixed it for me.
