Completely Black Interior Space

I searched through the posts here and didn't see a good match to what I'm experiencing, I apologize in advance if it has been addressed and I somehow missed it.  This is the first time I've had this happen, using mostly the same mods as previous loads, just updated.  My issue appears to be specific to Sindra's Used Wares, when I enter the space it is completely black, like nothing at all has rendered.  It's not a lighting issue, it's literally nothing at all there.  The game itself is still running fine, it's not a crash or freeze, I can walk around inside and Sindra will try to interact with me, I can interact with things I might bump into and can exit the cell through the front door perfectly normally (if I can find it, lol).  But there is absolutely nothing at all visible on screen.  Even if I cast candlelight or equip a torch, nothing changes.  And, if I switch to first person view, I can see my hands and if I equip something I can see those items, but if I equip a torch it only renders the torch itself and not the flames associated with it, and it only illuminates the hand holding the torch.  I've read online the No Interior Fog mod can cause a similar issue, but I do not run that.  I using ReShade and Community Shaders, so I don't think it would be an ENB issue.  I do use JK's and have the appropriate patches, have shuffled where they are in the load order just to see if it would impact anything, no changes at all.  I'm at my wits end.  Thanks in advance for any information or assistance.

Placed Light-135488-2-5-1-1753820694 has bugs a bug related to fog. Fellglow Keep is entirely black. I assume later versions (if there are any) also has this bug.

Edit: Clarification: While I recall there was multiple cells that had the fog issue, my notes only lists Fellglow Keep - so until further evidence, it's "bug" not "bugs".

I'm not using Placed Lights, though.  I am using True Light, Light Placer and Light Limit Fix all for CS.  Would you think that might still be an issue?  And, if so, why would it only be for Sindra's Used Wares, at least that I've found so far?

You are. Placed Light was renamed to True Light.

Edit: Looking at the bug listings, there's other cells too. So I probably just didn't bother documenting them all. Perhaps there was so many of them.

And I'm an idiot, lol, as I knew that.  Sorry about that, brain fog hard today.  Thank you, I'll look into that and see what I can dig up.

According to my notes, the fog power value is wrong. Since I don't have more than that, I'd suggest you look up the cell you're having issues with and compare the values set by Placed Light to the ones in Skyrim.esm/Update.esm/USSEP. Once you know what the difference is, go through all other cell edits made by Placed Light and do the same adjustment. This is most likely what I did as well.

Cells that are probably broken like this:

Fellglow Keep

Bthardamz Arcanex

Dead Man's REspite

Volkihar Ruins

Sallow Regent

...probably lots more.

Edit: I remember there was other lighting issues with Placed Light as well. I remember fixing many firepits and giants' bonfires and such.

Also this might explain why not everyone is seeing it. The author of this mod seems to be fumbling around in their own plugins. Smells like bad project management, or someone being in over their head:

Edit again: Maybe the bonfires was something else, or vanilla. Anyhow, great mod, a bit of fixing needed though.

So, through SSSEdit I was able to see that the fog values indeed were not right, but,.... I don't think it's the same issue as what they're describing in the True Light / Placed Lights issues?  I editted the TL fog values and then all the lighting values to exactly match what Skyrim.esm and Hearthfires both showed as their default values for all aspects of the lights inside Sadra's, and the problem persists.  And, it's really not matching the description others have.  For me, it's literally as if there is no video at all for anything inside the space.  It's not just majorly obscured or visible if you're literally right on top of it, it's as if absolutely nothing at all is rendered, just empty black space.  I know the engine is actually placing items, as I can stumble around and bump into them and get the prompt to interact and I can interact with the item or person, but there is absolutely no visuals whatsoever.  Now, at the Argonian Assemblage on the docks, I do think the Placed Light bug is in effect as going in there is like walking into a smokehouse or commercial steamer.  Everything was a solid mist where you could make out a shadow or two, but only if you were right on top of it.  I'll grab some screens to show the difference.

Bit of a necro post but just figured I'd add that I now have an xEdit script for fixing the fog power value. Does an entire plugin at a time. Not tested it yet but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Famous last words I guess. I found more cells with the problem, so I made this script. It fixed some 50-75 more cells that I've apparently missed.

And to clarify what this fog power issue looks like to me, imagine wearing welders goggles indoors. My 2-3x boosted candlelight spell is enough to light up maybe 2-3 meters in front of my face. With the candlelight spell, there's still a dim grayish tint over the entire screen.

Anyhow, script available upon request.
