help me with removing the tooth from this mod : Everdawn

I really like this version of this mod : closed eyes, with the 3rd eye in the middle, but I don't really like the tooth out like that, pls help me with removing it, 
There are files with other versions in that mod, there is this version without teeth,

wonder if you could please copy it and paste it to the closed eyes version, idk

@tempx8675309 @Dwjlielthank you, do you have a link of that mod with closed eye(& middle eye on the forehead) without the tooth sticking out?
Dress? that hair accessory is a part of the dress? Also how to get this dress in game?
