[Solved] Can't boot the game - not sure where to start troubleshooting

Hi, my modding knowledge is really rusty - I'm hoping someone can guide me to where to start with my troubleshooting.

I installed the game and all the mods last week, and had everything running great. But today, when I tried booting up the game again, I suddenly can't load the game at all. I didn't change anything between when I last played and today, so I'm not sure where to start looking for what could be causing the problem.

Booting the game through Steam works fine. Booting the game by manually launching the f4se in my game folder works fine as well. Launching F4SE through MO2, though, only gives me a featureless black screen that I can't do anything with. Alt tabbing doesn't work, windows+D will show my toolbar on the bottom of the screen, but nothing else. I've tried pressing enter a bunch to clear any hidden popups, but that didn't help. Alt+F4 does nothing. I can't even bring up task manager to force end task. I can launch it, but I can't see it. The only thing I can do is force my computer to shut down, then turn it on again.

Launching the game directly, instead of through F4SE, has the same problem. I'm able to launch the game launcher through MO2, but when I launch the game through the launcher the game stops responding. At least with that, I can close the game without turning off my computer.

I remember that papyrus logs are important. I think I enabled them correctly? My fallout4 ini file says this:

Spoiler

[Papyrus]
fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=500.0
bEnableLogging=1
bEnableTrace=0
bLoadDebugInformation=0

However, I'm not sure where it stores the logs. I found the game folder in my documents, but I didn't see anything mentioning papyrus.

I exported my mod list to a csv and put it in a google docs spreadsheet here

I don't remember how to export my plugin order, but I used LOOT to order them. I'm running fallout version 1.10.984 via a downgrader, on windows 11.

Edit: I got it solved, actually. I remembered that since I was able to close the game when launched through the launcher, I was able to troubleshoot a lot less painfully. I was able to narrow down the problem to the beggar whore mod, and once I reinstalled that mod with no cum tags everything is working fine.
