Need help Troubleshooting Please

Hello, 

 I recently reinstalled F04, and I was installing some mods, I followed the guild (after installing a few mods from Nexus) I think while installing a Mod, I checked boxes for Addon/mods that I do not have downloaded, I for the life of me cannot find which mod caused the issue. Here is a screenshot as soon as load the game. Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be?

What is your game version? AE?

It's AE version, as I understand.  You need LL Fourplay plugin for this game version from here. If I'm correct, you need v58-20251126: Adds support for Fallout v1.11.169.0 and F4SE,  0.7.6.

 

Download it, install as mod and load it after AAF.
