Sims spikey and stretched bug

This has happened to some sims I've downloaded and just now happened to a sim I created not too long ago but I don't know exactly what's causing it to happen. All my other sims are fine but this just random happened to him and i didn't touch or add anything to him.

  Reveal hidden contents

 

It seems like an unnecessary rig or mod is affecting it, but I don't know your file information so I'd like more clear information.
Search for rig and delete any that match.
Also, check for any slider conflicts.

Yea thanks for the suggestion I'm checking right now. Most likely slider conflicting i assume.
