Is it possible to give Companions different bodies to each other?

I see this mod Unique Companion Assets but no instructions, and can't work out how Id use it to give Shadowheart a different body mesh to Laezel.

 

Anyone please able to profer some advice or suggestions?

I'm using Appearance Edit Enhanced to drastically alter the origin characters. I'm basically using Shadowheart as a template and building a completely different looking character as my main character, only inheriting Shadowheart's idle animation, voice, quests, background and race. The changes made by the mod are restricted by the characters' races and body type, however. I'm using Shadowheart because she's a half elf with body type 1, so there's plenty of compatible mods for customization. If you pick Karlach for example you'll be more limited, as tieflings are less supported, and body type 3 even less. I used the same mod to completely change the companions race and body type, but I couldn't make it work when picking them as starting characters.
