problem currently is the body (when it doses occasionally) update/lift, the "offset" also lifts maintaining the misalignment.

I don't have 3BA installed. You got my best guess. Most likely a 3BA reference body will need to be loaded in bodyslide and overwrite the current bone structure within the collar.

Ok, I have a problem.  First, when I put it on, even with "Enable Lock Manipulation" enabled, you can't remove the device.  It say's "Try as you might, the bra prevents you from removing the nipple chain."  It's stuck on permanent!  No struggle or keys or anything.

Just read the post where you did this on purpose.  Requires Chasity key...  For those who want it to work like a traditional collar, try this. (You will have to change slots again.)
