I just downloaded this mod and it works. The reason you can't use it is probably because FFmpeg isn't installed correctly. Download the one shown in the image1.

FFmpeg Installation Steps (Windows System)
1. Download FFmpeg
Visit the Tencent Cloud mirror site: https://mirrors.cloud.tencent.com/gyan/ffmpeg/releases/
Locate the static version (recommended: release full build) and download the ZIP or 7z archive.
2. Extract the Archive
Extract the downloaded archive to your chosen directory (e.g., C:\ffmpeg).
3. Copy the Bin Folder Path
Copy the full path of the bin folder (e.g., C:\ffmpeg\bin).
4. Configure System Environment Variables
Right-click "This PC" → Select "Properties" → "Advanced system settings" → "Environment Variables".
Under "System variables", find and select "Path" → Click "Edit".
Click "New" → Paste the copied bin folder path → Click "OK" to save all changes.
5. Verify Installation
Open Command Prompt (CMD).
Type ffmpeg -version and press Enter.

You have already downloaded FFmpeg, so you can skip Step 1. Just execute Steps 2, 3, and 4—Step 5 is also optional.

我之前只在doaxvv 国际版使用这个mod，今天在steam JP 版本发现不能使用，如果你使用的是Teddy's d3dx.ini 文件，需要在文件中添加

[ShaderOverride-PS-Environment-02]
hash = 4cfa4ac4dd810d76
run = CommandListEnvironment

然后保存d3dx.ini文件.
