Skyrim/No sex animations just standing

when prompted my chaacters do nothing when i initiate a sex animation

Somewhat poor information . The most likely cause is that you have installed incompatible animations.

 

1) Have you installed the animations correctly?

2) Have you installed SLAL and loaded the animations into MCM?

3) Is the version of Sexlab you have installed the correct one for your Skyrim?

4) After installing the animations and Sexlab, did you use FNIS?

5) FNIS, reporting errors? Submit your report here.

6) Have you activated the FNIS Skeleton patches?
