Help with installing Sexout Sound Replacer for MO

Alright I dunno if anyone can help me but I am at a loss for words on how to install this for MO2. Everything I try to do fails - the sounds just do not play whatsoever when I install this mod and disable the voices from SexoutNG - there's just awkward silence when animations play.

For reference I install the mod by trying to merge both the data and the folder containing the .esp together - specifically with the .esp in the top layer and the entire data folder there as well. I may be a genuine idiot here as this may be a wrongful folder location situation - so can anyone tell me how the directories are supposed to look like?

My folder structure:

SOSoundReplacer:
→ SexoutSound.esp
→ Data:
        → Docs
        → Sound:
                → fx
                → Voice

Any help on this would be appreciated.
