Remove breast shadow for small breasts

Title. I usually give my sims medium to large breasts simply because the breast shadow looks weird with small breasts/flat chest. 

 

So what's a good method to get around this? Get the right skins? Or is there some better method?

There's a "flat chest" overlay I picked up from somewhere... It works mostly okay (you'll still get that breast shadow on feminine style clothing, because it's usually baked into the clothing textures).
