Why is the sim I downloaded looking like this?

I downloaded a sim and when I tried to load him into a town this is what he looked like. Not to mention a fox in town was walking around like a human. Is this fixable and if so How?

It seems like an unnecessary rig or mod is affecting it, but I don't know your file information so I'd like more clear information.
Search for rig and delete any that match.
Also, check for any slider conflicts.
