Cant seem to get Cursed loot to work.

Ive been trying for several days now to get this mod to work, but nothing I do is working. I'm playing with the most recent SE version of the game (1.6.1170.0), and every time I try to install DCL, it won't show up in the MCM, and DD says the DDL is out of date. Even trying the Deviious Devices NG, I still can't get  Crused loot to work. I tried loading before and after all the DD ng, and I have all the requirements. I'm stumped and need some help. I genuinely don't know how I got it working months ago before I had to reinstall Skyrim after a computer refresh lol
