Both Versions of Tweaked ENB Dont Work

as u know tweaked enb has a ate 181_1 as a main file and a ate 181_1 amd as a old version and for amd users (i use amd radeon hd 7700 series) . when i use the normal ate 181_1 the depth of field gets all messed up like this http://imagizer.imag...90/401/yd6n.png

http://imagizer.imag...q90/46/eumu.png  plz dont say disable the depth of field because i really like it .but other than the depth of field its fine.

 On the other hand when i use ate 181_1 amd i get  http://imagizer.imag...q90/23/bq7u.png cursor is sluggish and all cut scenes have tuns of lag load screens are a little longer, not to mention that closing the game makes it crash and probably much more. so what i want to know is how to i fix the normal  ate 181_1 depth of field everything else works fine its just that. Also if there is away to fix ate 181_1 amd instead then plz say that. or both. thanks in advance.
