Sim looks like this in Load Menu but looks fine in game

So this just started happening a few days ago. When I save my household and sims are having sex this one sim looks like this. I have repaired my game, deleted cache files and updated all available mods. It is only happening to this sims and he only looks like this in the load world screen. Does anyone know what could be causing the issue?

I have no idea, but if you can try to find the relevant CC using tray importer and download it, you might be able to find the cause.

Apparently it was a skin overlay that looked fine in game and in cas but the load world menu made it look broken. I opened the game just now and it fixed itself
