Pixelated glossy skin issue?

Hi, Ive been trying to fix this problem for a long time but I havent been able to do it

Its mainly on skin but when its really glossy, I get a pixelated "grid" effect

Only thing I can do is turn off subsurfacescattering in my enb (NAT) and it goes, but even when the whole ENB is off theres still some sort of grid affect, so I have no idea >.<

Dithering. Proper shadow blending I thought was one of ENB's remaining strengths over CS. Though I suppose pinning this on ENB specifically is not fair, considering how things are rendered is very much up to the ENB preset being used - especially if this preset has its own shaders.

Dithering? Interesting...

Is there any way to get rid of it completely?

I've adjusted my ENB from the orignal, so done a compare and reset some numbers (mainly the subsurface scattering and brightness) and it doesnt seem to be as bad, although coz my skyrim is very summer-y I wanna keep the colours bright

Yeah, get a shader that doesn't use dithering when rendering soft shadows, or blur the entire game with something like TAA like we do in CS.
