Modlist for a Male Protag?

I'm honestly wondering because... here's the thing...

 

When playing a game with character creation, I like to play as myself because I like to play these games as if I was actually going through them, doing what I would do (I know I know I'm a terrible role-player shut up). I just so happen to be a straight dude.

 

I would very much like to play Skyrim properly (i.e. with SexLab), but is there no point if I'm playing as myself? Or is there a modlist made for this kind of playthrough?

(Also, completely separately though perhaps related... are there any better teratophilia-flavored female followers? They all really come across as just conventionally attractive human woman that are sometimes in body paint and usually with cosplay accessories. Obviously I want female, but like... I want the demon to look less human and more demon, you know? I want the zombie to actually look like a zombie. I want the alien to look like an alien. Even with furries... a cat girl looks like a human woman with those cat ears and a butt-plug tail rather than an actual humanoid cat. You get it. Is it a limitation of Skyrim's character engine?)
