Do you have XML Injector in your mod folder? I know back in  August when almost all mods TS4 Script files got screwed up by game update some mods were updated and do require XML Injector to work properly. I havent had any errors in my game and my game and mods are on newest updates. I do have this mod and cant remember where I downloaded it from here. Seems like there was two modders that picked this one up since original modder wasnt gonna update it and I believe one version wasnt quite complete. Hope this helps.
