ttw my father NPC in TTW when starting a new game and first being introduced to vault 111 is pink.

I started a new game of TTW last night, twice, with 2 different male body replacers, I think both of them are mentioned in on of the sexout guides, but if I recall, I think they were roberts, and breezes. after I started the game the first time, chose the capital wasteland as my starting location, and then made my character, I was greeted by a pink bodied and faced dad npc. so thinking it might have been an issue with my body replacer for males, I swapped from breezes body, to roberts body. then I started a new game just in case, and went through the same steps, but he still has a pink face and body. I'm not sure what else could be the issue. so I will drop a list of my mods in case someone has an idea.
