A Papyrus Question

ERROR: File "Injure Set.esp" does not exist or is not currently loaded.
ERROR: File "SkyTEST-RealisticAnimals&Predators.esp" does not exist or is not currently loaded.
ERROR: File "CLARALUX - More and Brighter Lights.esm" does not exist or is not currently loaded.

First off, I have none of these mods. My game has never crashed on start-up so they were never requirements for my other mods and I have just re-installed Skyrim less than a week ago and cut down on 100 mods but I see these errors. This error comes from my papyrus log AFTER walking in front of Riften and CTDing. 
 
I always test each and every mod I install by running with modified speed across the world and timing myself and I recently managed to run around at a decent speed for 20 minutes in the exterior with no CTD YET, if I walk in front of Riften I crash and end up with errors like the above.
 
Why?
