Looking for Niruins Business Plan

I have several mods that my Skyrim game message, that I need. I went to find:  Niruins Business Plan.  The original MOD Author had deleted the mod. I found a version of this MOD that is translated in both German and Russian. I do not read nor understand those languages. Does anyone have a copy of this MOD in its original setting in English? If so could you share?
