Awful Far Away Water Textures

DynDOLOD does not make the terrain LOD. That's a task for xLODGen. The terrain LOD mesh water surface does not have a texture reference though, so both of these tools are most likely irrelevant in this case.

 

I suspect this is the same issue I was having when I switched to CS from ENB. Install "Natural Waterfalls-87261-3-0-1738757438" and select only the water texture from its FOMOD options. This unrelated looking mod is the only mod I found that has a water texture that works for a mirror water surface in LOD areas.

...and you checked that there's nothing overwriting Natural Waterfalls' files or plugin records?

 

Which mod is providing the terrain LOD files for that area?

 

Which WATR records are used in these cells, and do these WATR records reference the water textures in Natural Waterfalls?

The only thing that overwrites Natural Waterfalls is a compatibility patch between that and the mod location, in this case Beyond Reach,

Where or how can you check that?

More Informative Console or the CK to find the cell coordinates, then xEdit for WATR record conflicts.
