Sim wont stay hard

I've looked around and everything i've found has either not been my exact problem or any solution offered hasn't helped me.

every time my sim has sex he goes soft almost immediately. He'll get hard for a moment but within a couple seconds he's flaccid mid animation. 

i've looked through all the settings and i dont see a problem. i read one person say that "completely undress" causes issues, I'm not doing that. 

I can shift click on my sim and switch his penis state and he'll get hard for a moment but go right back to flaccid. I've used ww.get_hard 100 and he's soft again within seconds.

it's pretty frustrating. I'm using BTTB 6 which i got from wicked.cc so i dont think it's a conflict thing. everything else is fine, he just wont stay hard for more than a couple seconds.

I have a similar problem. When I switch to the sleeping outfit where my sim is fully naked and initiate sex or switch during sex, hes soft and stays soft. What helped was to assign a hard penis as usual and create a sleeping outfit with just underpants. During sex I switch to that outfit and then undress buttom and tadaaaa. Hard penis. Works with pretty much any outfit.
