Minor Issue

I'm not an expert at modding and just use vortex mod manager, for the most part. I've got the mod working fine, but when there is a climax, I get the red triangle with an explanation point. It only lasts a couple seconds, and the mod works as intended otherwise. It's just a bit of an annoyance, and I can't figure out how to fix it....
