fallout 4 Enhanced Planing Family

Could someone please tell me why? I have the Enhanced Planning Family mod installed for Fallout 4, and when I'm in an area with NPCs, it says "No actor found to perform the act."

Which mod of FPE you have? There are two of them. EgoBallistic mod and Invictusblade mod.

I'm using the Planning Enhanced Family, the first one, 'Ego Ballistic'. Version 2.710 (so to speak). The rest of the important and necessary programs work fine and are recognized. Only when I go to a settlement or any other location, and I select the option to search for an NPC, does it display the message "No actors found". This seems strange to me.
