Where can I find the Sims mod? How do I make him a playable character?

Hi, I hope this is the right section and that there aren't any other similar questions. (I checked but couldn't find any.)

I installed the new version of The Sims 4 after a long time, installed Wicked, and activated the mods. The animations work, and I still find an old Sim inserted with a mod from the previous save.

 

The problem is that I want to add another character with a mod (chris evans) but I can't find it in the library, I can only find the skins in the various character menus. I download the file from the site, put in the mod folder but now? Where i find it?

 

ps: i play off line.

Did you also download the tray files along with the sim? If you then all you have to do is go the library part of the gallery tick on the custom content box and he should appear.

 I download all file of specific sims i find in the site.

In the library i click the option custom content but i don't find it (neather the sims of previously save i put with mod)

Did you check that you put the tray files of the Sim into the tray folder? Mods for the Sim should be in the mod folder and the tray files (files that have a type called something like "HOUSEHOLDBINARY File/TRAYITEM File/SGI File/HHI File") go into the Tray folder.

I put the file in the mod folder, now i move it in tray and i find the sims.
