[XCL] SWP Side Effects Standalone - ver

Detaches SWP Side Effects from the pregmod mod, with some personal changes. All changes from the original mod are below.

Note: Obviously, do NOT use together with pregmod.
Do NOT post bug-reports from this mod in the pregmod thread. This is its own fork, with its own bugs.

 

Compatibility
Obviously, do not use together with pregmod.
Compatible with Creampie Overhaul (and required for Fecund Pheromones side-effect) https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/38834-creampie-overhaul/ (Standalone one - not pregmod version)

Incompatibile with mods that change or replace the sperm defense minigame.
Mostly compatible with Kokopelli's Servant - except for the Ultra Virile side effect. When using Kokopelli's Servant, with the Ultra Virile side effect, the extra dialogue from making girls cum is replaced in favour of that mod.

 

Changes (to pregmod version):
- Does not include pregmod.
- Nanobots side-effect is also gained from taking a NanoBots Birth Control Treatment.
- Some side-effects now modifies the difficulty of the sperm defense minigame in different ways.
- Side-effects from nanobots now on a separate line from the normal side-effects. (in Stats page)
- Most male side-effects enhancements now have a female side-effect which replaces it, when the other side-effect is acquired.

Enduramax <-> Hair Trigger
Sex Panther <-> Heat
Super Steroids <-> Ultra Tight

Side effect changes: (mostly due to removal of pregmod)

• Ultra Tight: Now exclusive to Super Steroids
• Two in the Chamber: Now gives you a random amount of pleasure after orgasm (1-9), instead of a fixed 5
• Thirsty Cervix: (Old effect removed due to pregmod requirement) Now gives a flat increase to base fertility while female. Also causes sperm defence minigame to spawn faster enemy sperm. (Replaces normal sperm with fast sperm)
• Super Steroids: No longer uncaps fitness. Now you gain a random passive amount of fitness every night.
• Stretchy Womb: (Old effect removed due to pregmod requirement) Now causes sperm defence minigame to spawn stronger enemy sperm. (Replaces normal sperm with strong sperm)
• Paragon of Femininity: No longer requires Bubble Butt. Now requires less than 10 masculinity (instead of 20)
• Semen Demon (compulsion): Can now be lost by gaining Crimson Absorber (new side-effect).
• Ribbed Throat: Can now be lost by gaining Crimson Absorber (new side-effect)
• Sex Panther: No longer has any effect when female.
• Heat: (Old effect reworked) Now exclusive with Sex Panther, only works when female. Pheromone effectiveness is now based on pregnancy chance. (instead of ovulation cycle). Forces your parter's primal instinct to cum inside if your arousal is above 5. Additionally reduces your fire rate in sperm defense (by 25%)
• Hair Trigger: Now exclusive to Enduramax, and only works when female.
• Fecund Pheromones: (Old effect removed due to pregmod requirement) Now requires Creampie mod (due to the way tags are set up). Now triggers when pregnancy chance is very low or very high (but not on breeder pill), and already has Heat trait. Now also increase partner amount of spurts, in addition to the cum amount. Additionally reduces the blast radius of sperm defense minigame.
• Extra Fertile: (Old effect removed due to pregmod requirement) Now requires an average of 1 creampie for 4 days straight to acquire. The counter is reduced each day (so a day without won't reset the counter fully - 5 creampies over 7 days would also work, or 6 over 9 days, etc.) Increases pregnancy chance in all stages.
• Excitable Ovaries: (Old effect removed due to pregmod requirement) Now increases fertility every orgasm, on top of the normal fertility. Depending on your number of orgasms, it might take several days to revert to the normal fertility. Additionally modifies sperm defense; egg walls will be reduced to only the inner layer.
• Enduramax: Only works while being male.
• Deep Cognition: Now you gain a random passive amount of intellect every night.
• Crimson Absorber (new side effect) Gained from having Semon Demon, and not drinking cum for an long time. (Causing withdrawal to spike) Replaces Semon Demon when gained. Since you're not satisfying your addiction, the nanobots now try a different approach. You get withdrawal effects from not being creampied. Also causes you to orgasm on creampie.
• Rapid Cycle (Removed due to incompatibility)
• Other side-effects are unchanged.

Note: If both Stretchy Womb and Thirsty Cervix are active, there will be a mix of fast and strong sperm. Fast sperm will also double their health.

 

Note: This mod has changes to the Sperm Defense minigame, and other things. Any code changes contained in this mod is free to use for other projects.

These changes sound really good, wish I could use them WITH the pregmod, cause I also like the pill fertility changes.

not necessarily that hard to add some of them in. Just a case of downloading both, changing the xcl file to a zip file, extracting them both, then moving some of the text files over and zip'ing that back up and using the mod loader on the new zip file. Although then there's no guarantee that works as this isn't supported.

 

 

 

I made myself a challenge of collecting as many of the side effects as possible. encountered only 2 bugs

Fecund Pheromones wanted to apply itself every night, so in my list of side effects to remove at the mall i have fecund pheromones in there about 15 times before i got fed up and modded the code. I think i just literally made it give a definite negative here so my code isn't helpful.

 

When paragon of femininity is achieved, it goes into a nightly repeat of removing twink but then twinks code then re-add's itself.

This is the code which i used:   (if:($character's "side effects" contains some of (a:"Alpha Male", "Broodmother")) and ($character's "side effects" does not contain "Twink") and ($character's "side effects" does not contain "Paragon of Femininity") and ($character's "masculinity" < 40) and ($character's "cockrating" <5))

All i did was split the does not contain some of "a: Twink", "Paragon of Femininity" into separate and's. not sure why the original code didn't work.

 

I think the only bits i didn't check out were cow tits as i'm unsure how to increase milk that high, i'll mess around with the dairy job at work and attempt that.

The other was Tyrant as I don't really have much interest in that being there.

 

I would suggest a bit more of a guide on how to achieve a lot of these, getting ultra tight is particularly difficult if you don't know how to get it, especially seeing the character i was playing could orgasm off of gag reflex which didn't count.

I could list it all here in a spoiler tag, maybe i will if there's enough demand and you don't do it yourself.

 

But nice job with this, last time i tried this mod the pregnancy logic caused it to go over 100% chance of pregnancy, as it currently is, everything seems to work other than the 2x minor notes above. It's also possible mods i have are interfering if you can't reproduce the same errors and the problem is my end.

The compulsions are all still very broken for me.

So the blowjob one doesn't disappear after getting the creampie one

Neither of them progress at all

Thanks for reply! :) Yeah, I thought of just moving the twee files from one mod into the other, but I'm not a modder so wasn't sure if I wouldn't mess anything up, since I DO use pregmod and this mod is made specifically for pregmod-less play and didn't want to mess up my pregmod.

 

 

So, if I just move the twee files for effects I want from this mod into pregmod it should work without messing up pregmod and still have the ones I want (I don't want twink)?

I tend to do reluctant playthroughs because the "devolving into a woman and slut" just isn't my thing, but hadn't had much luck, lol. Got bimbo-d two times in the bar, am on forced demos and now I got spiked with a cumcure just as I finally got my masculinity back to over 40 (the bimbo times did big damage to masculinity lol). xD 

 

Btw., what happens when identity falls to 0?

Thought about it a little more and it's going to be super complicated as you also need the code which activates it, which isn't always in the twee file, so it's going to take some reading/ctrl + f'ing to find how it works. Some of should be simple enough to move though.

 

 

I can't remember exactly what happens at 0, it's a "bad end" game over, but it could be fun to find out if there's images or just a wall of text.

To increase your identity, Emporium could be a good solution for you, gives you about 10 for the first 2 times you use it.

 

I've also found disabling masculinity minigames stops it from doubling your masculinity loss each time you play it. Although you may already have it disabled at that type of playthrough.

Pregnancies can also help with identity

When you go to the executives lounge, it specifically states there are unintentional side effects if you have at least one enhancements but then become female.

So playing as a male should not have triggered any of them unless you were running some of the demos, which in theory could get some of them to trigger.

 

As a lot of these are really difficult to get even with the minor hints and a lot of people don't know how to look at the coding i'll put some spoilers up.

 

The main thing is really that buying ALL of the executive perks and playing as a female help the most.

I'm not going to explain what they do, because i want to encourage people to, in pokemon terms, "catch em all". These are the currently implemented ones for females. For ALL male ones they have to be purchased from the exec lounge. There are no hidden male ones.
