WW Jealousy settings broken 5 Nov Patch. Where is WW help?!!

I require jealousy to be disabled in certain settings (such as between sex club members at the club venue, or between members of a triad). I use WW protocol rules to achieve this, but since 5 Nov patch, these aren't working and Maxis jealousy settings are being applied in these settings. I am not sure where I should ask for support. I am a member on Patreon but no option to reply there and on Discord, digital ID is required to enter the support forum so that's a huge No-No!! If you could fix the jealousy and the digital ID requirement (WW isn't porn by any legal definition) that would be amazing
