not able to load into a strip club

whenever i go to load/ buy a strip club i get the endless loading screen it was happening before the newest update anyone had this issue? if so how did you fix it and if it was a cc you had downloaded what cc was it?

I had this problem for months. I was able to load the lot in build mode. The only solution that ultimately fixed everything was bulldozing the entire lot and rebuilding (I used an old version from the gallery).

Things that didn't work: removing all cc, removing all mods, repairing the game, deleting entire floors/rooms, modifying/replacing the lot info via s4studio (copying the lot from an old save to the latest worked once or twice but it only loads the first time you play it)

I thought this was happening with a section downloaded from LL, but I was struggling with a similar issue.
I can't say much about this because there's no clear background or information.
In my case, it happened after I downloaded this section from the gallery. When I tried to force load it, it crashed without LE.

Anybody having an issue with the strep club employees. Mine won’t start after hiring them. When I try to assign outfits it says no employees
