Ui's that pop up aren't appearing

To best explain this mods like Baka Defeat where you have to spam a and d have a bar at the bottom or SLHH bar but they arent appearing anymore and this is happening with all my mods that have pop ups. The thing is that it works with a new save but my main save is having this issue I really don't want to dig through 100k+ Data to find the issue any help would be appreciated.

You could change the trigger for your quest to instead require you use an item and just give the quest at start up like Helgen Reborn does.

Setting it pop on startup is risky because all of the mods trying to install and configure themselves in the background as soon as you start.

Not to mention that Another Start sends you straight to racemenu at startup
