Looking for magic cast mod with small wizard stave

I saw this mod and forgot to bookmark it. Now i cant find it. 

Its a magic mod that attack with a small custom wizard stave kinda like Harry Potter.

It shoots in combo kinda like the mod 'brand new spell casting' https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/132104

 

My new modlist is almost done (ik its never done) so i hope to find this mod soon.
