Breast Collision Stuck on Hand

Any idea how to fix the breasts getting stuck on the hand collision like that?  I'm using a custom cbadvanced body(attached) and I've been trying to edit the hdt.xml from the Setup: Breast Collision thread.  Currently I've tried changing the range parameters for hk object = #0064, and the vertices and radius of hkobject = #0099, but I'm still having no luck.  

 

Also, is there a complete commented version of the hdt.xml around?

Did you try backing up and deleting the skeleton_female.hkx file?
