looking for these mods and help

looking for several mods and was hoping someone(s) can help. one of the mods I'm looking for is "status base overly" I cant find it or it was removed, and the other is "high poly head". if anyone is willing to share that would be great. also looking for some help with converting a specific armor piece. none of the online guides I found are useful.

@Miauzi Just me, or has Nexus finally fixed downloading hidden mod files? The download button does nothing for me.

 

I have the original file (not from the Nexus) archived here if needed.
