i want to have a teen male have sex with an adult or even elderly, is that possible with the mods i have right now?

Yes it is possible. You will need the WW inappopriate unlocker available on this site. Then there are 2 settings that you will need to make sure are checked.. <looking them up right now> WW Settings > Sex Settings > Sex Interactions settings : Teen Sex Switch.. And also WW Settings > Relationship Settings > Relationship Utilities : Adult-Teen Relationships Switch

Hopefully he's being vague because the mods are just really weird or something, and not vague because they're alluding to illegal mods.
