Hitomi's original face from Alpha Demo?

Does anyone know if this was ever ported or released as a mod? 

 

The original Hitomi head/face from the Alpha Demo. They ended up changing her face after people complained that she looked weird or goofy. She looks almost the same but her face was a little different and her ears stuck out more.

 

There's an XNALara/XPS model of this (https://www.deviantart.com/armachamcorp/art/Dead-or-Alive-5-Hitomi-Demo-384506655) , but I don't remember ever seeing it released anywhere as a mod. I think the final model looks better, but I wouldn't mind having this just for the heck of it. Any info would be appreciated.

 

The one on the left is the original, the one on the right is the final model.
