Why did this happen? How can I fix it?

I've created and uploaded a sim yesterday. Then I found the difference between in-game mode and CAS mode of this sim by chance today. Does anyone know what happened and how to remove the fake black penis in the last image?

1. In most cases, the cas default CC has been mixed in, so search for "default" and delete the cas default CC.
2. After saving the sim again in the gallery, search for the CC using tray importer or similar, and either edit that CC to non-default in s4s or delete it.
3. I think a similar thing happened when an error occurred because WW was outdated, so check to see if you have any outdated mods.
