Yep but I prefer to centralize my mod and not to explode my number of accounts, in all different platforms and This is the first time happening, and I've got 20 mods, then it's  just with this one since I put it on line, not a big deal sometime happens and I'm sure I can resolve it without doing all of this.

 

With My other mod who replace half of the character in skyrim, then a bigge file, the upload woks perfectly then I think it just some temporary disturbance.

Yeah that's understandable. Well I hope you'll find out what the issue is with this one, sadly I can't really help. 
My best guess (considering I know pretty much nothing about creating mods, just speaking about elimination process) would the issue comes from one of this mod's requirements which your other mods don't have. Which is still weird because I installed them all and had no issue, so I don't know why it would happen, but if it's the only mod you had an issue with... Well that's the only thing I can think of.

This one was tricky, and I remember have some wifi interruption during the previous download, that must be affect the quality in some way.

I can't tell you sadly as I don't have enough knowledge about these.
But at least now everything works and hopefully there won't be such issues in your next mods!
