Skyrim Se Mike24 animations trouble

I can't remember how many times Ive restarted skyrim after it going kaboom.  But I finally have a very stable Skyrim running for like 8 years with a lot, a lot of mods.  I seem to remember having 

Mike24s animations for Skyrim Se.  But when I installed it on this machine it just won't work.  Here is the thread where I got the file from.  

 

Doing a quick search brings back abysmall results on google with all threads pretty much going nowhere.

 

It does show up on Fnis when I launch it but when I go in game under the SLAL loader I see Mike24's animations and they are all enabled but when I try to register them it says "0" registered so when I go in game ofcourse they aren't there.  If anyone has had similar problems with Mike24's animations on Skyrim Special Edition can you help me out a bit.  I have been using Sexlab for a very long time and I have lots of animations mods that work correctly but some like Mike24's wont work.  I saw someone post a Mike24's version for OSTIM on nexus.  I wish someone would fix this one because reading some of the comments here on LL on Mike24slal for SE.  there are problems.
