Game is crashing on startup

I'm trying to get Commonwealth Slavers to run, but my game crashes on start up before I even get to the main menu. I'm pretty sure I have all the requirements installed, if maybe just not correctly. I'll put up my load order and the crash log. Any help is appreciated.

that access violation error issue is usually resolved by updating mods (especially unofficial patch etc)
"Unhandled exception "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION"" is almost always an outdated mod, sadly the string in the crash logs dont narrow down which mod
the Buffout4 dictionary is a really useful tool for narrowing down errors but your crash is specifically "fallout 4 cant load an asset"

if it isnt an outdated mod double check you arent missing any dependencies
