thatruth25 Posted October 19, 2025 Posted October 19, 2025 Trying to upload a 3-sim household, and between the 3 sims, there ended up being a lot of CC. When I try to sort everything into upload-able files, I've noticed that about 1.8gb of my files are split into like 7 large packages that I cannot unmerge. Idk how essential they are to the household, and I don't want to completely remove them without knowing what they are. Is there a way to "unmerge" these files that isn't S4S? Also, is there a way where I could view what cc items are actually being used from these packages? If I know what they are, I could at the very least try to replace them.

The Sims 4 Studio went through an update a few years back that changed the software and tools entirely. It also made all old tools from prior versions obsolete like unmerging packages. Right now unless its new cc anything from the early days of Sims 4 like 2018-2021 I believe cannot be unmerged ever! Its sad I know but as a player/creator for many many years I have tried there's not much that exists. If your trying to see what cc is used for your downloaded sims all I can say is Sims Tray Importer that's what I use. Hope you found this helpful yall. 😊 Check out my work here -----> COOLSIMSPLAYER92 - LoversLab - https://coolsimsplayer92.tumblr.com/ Ahh damn, that's unfortunate. Thanks for the heads up. I'll try to re-work these sims.
