no black eye for player but all female npc's have.

i am currently playing an alternate life game save. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49102/?.

her black eye and bruises come from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31954/?

i download and extract the file to the data/textures/character/female folder and copy/replace. 

when i start the game she has no injuries but every female npc has them.

 

what am i doing wrong please?

 

she has the temptress textures as assume before i overwrite?

From the nexus page it appears she is a custom race.  You will have to drop the replacers in the appropriate folder for the temptress race. 

 

According to the temptress race nexus page that would be here:

 

Data\textures\temptress\actors\character\female

thank you very much bleagh. i had no idea that a custom race had separate meshes and textures. it is obvious now i think about it.
