Crashing after the end of AAF scenes

In my current playthrough, I completed the Commonwealth Slavers questline, and had no issues - all AAF scenes working fine, all mods happily working together, and I didn't do anything foolish like add/remove mods part way through, but once I reached around level 45, I suddenly started experiencing crashes at the end of AAF scenes - always after the end of the sex scene, where the effects are being calculated/reported and my character is re-dressing.

 

Realising that the timing seemed to align with the XP report from Sex Education, I switched that mod in MCM from complex calcs over to simple, and reset the sex history tracking, and that seemed to completely stop the crashes. Around 10 levels (and several hours of gameplay) later, the crashes came back. so I tried turning down some of the settings in Sex Attribues and again that seemed to fix it, but again only temporarily. I just hit level 60 and now again it crashes after every attempt at an AAF scene...

 

Anyone got any insight into why I'd get this kind of slow deterioration and have sudden crashes after it's been working fine for so long? Crashlog attached
