Dungeon lighting turns blue after I use magic/shout

In a dungeon I get this blueish light after i use a shout or magic, or if a enemy uses magic. Basically all light sources give off a blue light, like my torch or a fire. I can reset the screen to normal color sometimes if I pause the game and exit the menu screen.

 

I'm using COT and darker dungeons project reality patch. I've changed around the load order and uninstalled and reinstalled COT and got the same issue. I even disabled the darker dungeon patch and still get the blue light.

 

I checked my ini files and they're all correct. Turned off AA and made sure no other lighting mod was installed.

 

Anyone with advice?

Well I uninstalled my graphics card and reinstalled it. Didn't update. Fixed the issue. Seems the newest drivers for my (nvidia geforce 650 ti) caused glitches or isn't totally compate with enb series.
