Autolink doesn't work in some cutscenes

Hi, I am using Autolink to change the costumes in cutscenes. It works very well for 99% of the cutscenes.

But there are couple scenes that doesn't work, the character's outfits remain the same.

It's weird that It only happens with Mila's Trainer outfit and Zack's suit. 

Anyone knows what's going on? Thanks!

And I am sure those part wasn't pre-rendered cause other characters in the same scenes have costumes changed.
