[Help Needed] I have some annoying bugs recently

After all that game updates 2 things started to happen. First my character is standing in the throne, second court ranking starting to stack up with duplicates (and it can get really fucked up - like 10 first places are of same court), second bug is fixed after reloading save but start happening again anyway.

 

If someone had this and know the cause - please direct me to fix.

I can't say much for the first bug, but the court ranking duplicate problem is a persistent problem with CK3 and as far as I can tell it has never been addressed.
