How do you go from plant to rolling and smoking a Joint ?

Presumably you are talking about with the Basemental Drugs mod? If so, you need to harvest the weed plants, then get some weed curing jars, either from the Basemental shop, or directly from build/buy mode. Once you have enough buds of the same type of weed (15), you can click on the jar and cure the weed. After about three days, it will be done curing, and you can get a bag of weed ready to smoke out. Open the bag, and you'll end up with a certain number (usually about 10) of servings of weed, each one being enough for one smoke. Use rolling papers or a bong to smoke them (you can also get those at the shop or in B/B mode).
